June 7, 2008 - Jasper and his guests celebrate the rich Italian heritage in
Kansas City with Festa Italiana at Zona Rosa. Wine expert Jack Bondon of
Berbiglia, joins Jasper and his other guests, chef Mark Prece, of American
Italian Pasta Co and Jerry Viviano, organizer of Festa Italiana. Jasper also
compares notes with three local chefs, Joe Aveluto of Il Trulo, Patrick
Williams of Hereford House and Tom Barnett of Bravo, who prepared dishes for
guests to sample.
